March Magic Day Five - GRATITUDE

Gratitude, the key component to the manifestation of not only your dreams but to mental health. When I was in a severe state of self pity I found it hard to be grateful for anything. Now I have a list of things and it helps me to take my eyes off what is wrong and therefore steers me away from negative thinking. 

This is where we are going to be moving up a gear. Each day, on top of your prompt, add just one thing you are grateful for. Don't let it become complicated. If you want to repeat it each day then do so. The point is to cultivate this attitude and make you think. So for today journal one thing you're grateful for and continue this for the rest of the month.
