March Magic Day Eight - VISUALISATION
Today we're going to move things up a gear even more.
We don't really realise this but we visualize pretty much every day. Often it's worse case scenarios.
Using your power of imagination, take your dream, and everyday for just five minutes, visualize yourself living it. Cultivate the feeling it produces and hold onto that. Although if you feel fear or any other negative emotion that's resistance to your dream revealing itself. This is good because now you are aware of it you can begin to deal with it.
Mostly, the feeling you get from visualising your dream should be a good one. It's that emotion we want to cultivate each day. That feeling is actually very powerful energy for good. Before going to bed is a great time to visualize!
