March Magic Day 21 - AMULET

Go outside and find an item in nature (stone, feather, flower, etc). Just be mindful and allow it to come to you. 

If it is a flower or leaf, press it into your journal or take a photo of it to stick into your journal. You can frame the pressed flower/leaf or the photo to place by your bed.

If a stone or feather, take a photo to stick in your journal. Place the stone or whatever your amulet is, by your bed as a physical prompt, sign of your dream. You can also hold it as you say your affirmation.
