March Magic Day Nine - MINDFULNESS

By now I think we've all heard of mindfulness. There are a couple of interpretations. We use the term loosely; "Mind how you go today", as in be mindful and conscious of where you go and what you do. Then there is mindfulness as a lifestyle; 
"A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique." 
In relation to your dream, how can you be more mindful? Either term will do as they are both rooted in being consciously aware. Try to discover a couple of ways then journal your findings and how you can live them out. For example, being more mindful with what we choose to think about. Or acknowledge how we currently feel, without being hard on ourselves, and how we can use that knowledge to change things. If you struggle on this one today, I will create a post in the group for discussion.
